GEMCO provided the developer with a cost effective solution to treat a mound of fly-tipped soil waste that was acting as a security and screening mound for the site. The mound was contaminated with a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous material.

The site works were permitted by a mobile treatment license agreed with the EA.   The site is located close to a site of special scientific interest, a RAMSAR site.
