Site Assessment & Identification of Environmental Issues

Green Earth Management are able to carry out a site assessment (‘Phase I’ or ‘Desk Study’).

A site assessment includes identifying already available information about the site and surrounding area, including its historical, regulatory and environmental data. This is an integral part of the preliminary Risk Assessment.

The site assessment can identify any pollution and contamination sources and potential impacts. The site assessment includes details such as the topography, geology, hydrology and existing structures.

A site walkover will be conducted by a GEMCO consultant in order to identify any environmental issues which could be associated with the potential contamination from the site and any human or environmental receptors which could be impacted.
